how many of us are there?
if there numbers are good, we should start an all mac saber clan.

After I bet the game I haven't touched it. I played it online once or twice but it wasn't all that great.

I play it, alas on a pc. Does it matter one way or another online though? I mean whether it is pc version or mac.

I played the demo. It was far too slow on my TiBook with the horrible 8MB Rage 128 Modbility card.

i guess it doesn't matter which machine you run it on, just where your true computer harwdare alegience lies;)
...howard, it's all about pings. i've been on some servers where it's almost as fast as single player. find the right server and you'll be pleasently surprised.

... and I'm up for it. Though a saber clan sounds a bit dodgy.
Do you host a multiplayer server?

This is one of my favorite games. It doesn't run very fast on my Pismo but I'm waiting for the new 15" PB to come out and it should scream on that.

Seeing as the majority of the clans, and fun, in both single-player and multiplayer games is in the lightsaber combat, I sure hope Raven Software comes out with a Jedi Knight 3-almost all the weapon focus should be on the lightsaber. And realistic dismemberment should be mandatory!
Oh, and good luck with your clan. :D

seeing as the numbers aren't too high (just here, but this is a good sampling), and i don't have that x-serve i've been drooling over (yet) maybe a clan isn't feesable. But how about a loosley knit macRumors-members jedi gang?
some ideas for names:
-<CJB>- Cupertino Jedi Brigade
_/JJ\_ - Jobs' Jedi
¬MooS¬- MacRumors Order of the Sith
i'd also love to see JK3. saber fighting is flat out awesome. personally, i don't go to any servers where guns are used. Don't get me wrong; i loved quake arena as much as the next guy, but i don't play jedi outcast for the wookie bowcaster.
>EDIT: haberdasher; great sig, BTW

I play Jedi Knight II on my Dad's old G4 450mhz AGP, it runs ok but, with a newer graphics card it should run better, and we are thinking about a G5, so that game will run great! My name in Jdi Knight is LimeiBook86, I might see yah there...;)

It's called Jedi Academy, and it's been out for over a year now... for Mac.

I think he probably knew about that. Maybe, you could have posted it a lot earlier. ;)
