Macs and Schools

I'm planning on going to the University of Arizona next year and I'm majoring in Computer Science. I know that U of A supports Macs, but they are not in any classrooms except for the multimedia buildings. I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with going through CS with a Mac. As I am sort of nervous about college, any tips would be helpful :)

I plan to goto University of Illinois although i'm dismayed by that video from a few weeks ago.
