Advance wars is 22 shipped. The condition of the box is excellent as it has been in storage. The game has been played a few times and is still very new.

I actually have an auction for Brain Age and I'm willing to stop the auction for 22 shipped as well. My copy of Brain Age is brand new with the wrapper still immaculate. Let me know when you can. Cheers.
