For Sale: Apple Airport Extreme Base Station, with modem.
I bought this last year so that I could set up a wireless network for my parents to use to dial-up to AOL. I know, I hate AOL too, but I hoped this would be a gateway drug for them - once they got used to wireless I could put the pressure on for broadband. Anyway, by the time I got it the friendly neighbors had set up a broadband wireless network of their own, and said we were free to use whatever signal we could. So my plan was foiled straightaway.
I set up a network to make sure it worked and did some data transfer between my machines, but I have no need for it anymore, so to the marketplace it goes. It's in great condition, even the little feet aren't dirty. no real scratches to speak of, etc.
It has the mirrored Apple on it - model number: A1034, which I believe translates to M8799LL/A which I think is still the current model. If that is not a fact, please speak up! Anyway, it's great. It comes with the AC adapter as shown, no other accessories or box. I've included pictures of everything I could think you'd want to see, I can e-mail more if necessary.
I'll sell it for $115 shipped USPS Priority in the US. I am open to offers, and but the only trade I'd really be looking for is for a Verizon phone: I am ONLY interested in Verizon phones that are tri-band (or quad-band) AND have Bluetooth (compatible with iSync). Yes, I know this is a small number of phones, but I live and travel in areas with poor coverage, so I need the analog as well as digital abilities. I live in, and will be shipping from northern NY. I am verified on PayPal and have perfect feedback on eBay under the name: Mekkon.
