Other than the ds lite itself, what comes in the box? Just curious, none of the major retailers list this online.

can someone put pictures if it's not a hassle.

thanks everyone.

also a half-size GBA cover plug since an inserted GBA game would stick out a little bit

Basically, nothing.

I got one, and I'm pissed that it didn't come with a thumb strap.

Did you ever use it? I barely ever do, not really convenient

And by nothing you mean everything that came with the DS, minus a thumb strap? and plus a GBA filler?

I have never used a thumbstrap and can't you just attach the old one to it?

Probably, but to some (or most) people this DS lite is new to them and they dont have the old one.

Yes, I used it a lot. Call me crazy if I actually wanted to play 'Metroid' without the stylus. Plus, greasing up my screen isn't exactly my idea of a good time.

Of course, if you could read context clues, you'd see that I said 'basically' - which means 'practically' or 'almost'.

Amazing, no?

or you could have "almost nothing", as in the DS lite, , a box and some papers, with the OP having no clue, your post was could have really mess him up(if you had been the only one to answer their thread)

Amazing yes?

Not calling you crazy, sorry if you took offense. It just seems odd to me to want to use that strap. When you (or at least when I) use it, a lot of the screen gets covered up, and it feels less accurate. I don't see what positive aspect you get to make up for less accuracy and less screen visability.

What does the thumbstrap have to do with game play?

What does the thumbstrap have to do with game play?

it makes it a better experience by adding depth of perception.

It's just another way to interact with the touch screen. There's a hard part on it you press the screen with instead of using the stylus.

OOOHH!! I was like...wtf does the thumbstrap do?
It was confusing...but atleast they sell one seperately for cheap.
