I've got a ibook G4 1.33 ghz/1gb ram/80gb hd with bluetooth, airport, and combo drive (and all original packaging).

Is it reasonable to look to trade for something in this neighborhood:
Mac mini 1.66GHz Intel Core Duo
1 gb RAM
80GB Serial ATA hard drive
Double-layer SuperDrive (DVD+R DL/DVD±RW/CD-RW)
Built-in AirPort Extreme and Bluetooth 2.0?

Am I under- or over-trading?

Thanks for any help!

seems like a fairly even trade to me.

i would have to say that you might have to include some cash or trade something to make it an even trade.

Because of the combo vs. superdrive and, obviously, g4 1.33 and 1.66 core duo, I would say you might need to include a couple hundred bucks in there as well.

Granted someone might be desperate for a portable and have no use for the mini they bought, but that's a long shot. ;)

It sounds like a fairly even trade to me... mini intel duo owner will get MAD portability when he/she gets the ibook.

I think it's pretty even. Mac mini sells for $800 new, the ibook sells for $800 refurb, both upgraded to 1 GB, plus the ibook has an upgraded HD which raises its value.
