**SOLD**

Hello. I am selling a 12" PowerBook 1.33Ghz model that has just had its hard drive replaced. I thought this thing was dead last week. I took it to the Apple store and they said the hard drive was dead and the logic board may be out too. I decided to try replacing the hard drive anyways and it worked! The computer works beautifully now :)

Specs are
12" 1024x768 TFT Display
1.33GHz PowerPC G4 Processor
768MB Ram (1x512 and 1x256)
40GB 4,200 RPM Hard Drive (brand new)
OS 10.4.6 Tiger with CD
whatever version of iLife came with the 1.33 PowerBook
Restore discs
Cables and charger
There is some very minor bowing in the casing at the front. It is hard to even capture in a pic but I will try to get a closeup later today. Other than that, the computer works and looks great. No screen issues.

The PRICE DROP - $550 plus about $20 to ship. Let me know if you are interested. Please, no trades. Thanks all!

Can you put up a pic of the bowing in the front? I'm interested.

I am so tempted to get one of these machines and get rid of my MacBook.... always have been very fond of the 12" PowerBooks...

Here is a close-up of the area where the case is slightly deformed. It happened when I had to open the computer to relpace the hard drive.

Would you be willing to do local pickup?

Yeah local pickup is no problem for me. It should be noted the video out cables are not included either. However, I did test the battery last night and it ran for 3.5 hours and still had 20% left before I went to bed. I set the computer to max brightness, airport and bluetooth were on and it never went to sleep or black screen. I almost never used the computer on battery so I'm not surprised it still last so long.

Wow, I can't believe no one has picked this up. It's the same exact computer I have as my main system except with a superdrive. It's been perfect and could fit anyones needs. I'm sure anyone who gets this at that amazing price will be very happy

Just FYI ya'll, Chrispy is a good person to deal with. Man, if I had the cash, and hadn't just picked up a MB, I'd def go for this (and money wise probably should have!!!!)

Sorry all. I just noticed this thread was still alive here. The item was sold a few weeks ago so I now longer have it. Thanks for the interest tho!

Im just worried about the "bowing".

They all do that after long enough - its very slight, but its caused by the heat warping the aluminum.
