A chocolate phone? No, but really, what is the LG Chocolate phone? I've never heard of it.

Google it. Its this years RAZR. Like the phone of the moment.
Heat sensitive keys, megapixel camera, super tiny and super slim - all in slider form. When the screen and touch sensors dim, it looks like a chunk of chocolate - very nice indeed.
There are pics everywhere on the internet, I'm lazy and can't be bothered to take my own unless someone is interested, lol.

GSM Unlocked - Sim Free, direct from the Factory. User can install his/her own MMS and GPRS settings.
Not sure where its made, but I know all the celebrities have it, and it won all of last years awards (Theyre plastered all over the box). By the way, it ships in a 'jewellery box' - its solid, not cardboard, with a pattern printed all over it, with different 'compartments' inside. Like a presentation case - really posh.
It was first released in Korea, where they have sold millions of them, just checked the box, and thats also where this one was made.

£200?! Christ...I want that, and that is a cheap price, but £200 is a bit too steep for me.

What phone did you have before this for this to be your insurance phone? Will this phone work in the U.S. and with what carriers?

I had another LG Chocolate. I broke the speaker, so e2Save (the company where I originally got the phone) - sent me a replacement within 24 hours.
Its a tri-band phone, so it will only work on select US carriers, although I'm not sure which ones. I think I have seen another user using it on T-Mobile, in the USA, posted at another forum.
£200 inc. Next Day Shipping to the UK
£220 to the US.

It will work on Tmobile fine, and cingular decently (quad band is best for cingular)
For note: Its LG, so they are all made in Korea.
In Korea, LG released a few phones that had scented plastic. The LG phone you have was called the chocolate, because, you guessed it, it smelled like chocolate!

Not to be-little your sale, but the Samsung E900 is acutally the phone of the moment. Touch keys, aand a 2 Mega-pix camera & Transflash Card slot.
Drool over that baby!

I really hate Samsungs.
I was offered it, but they all look the same. They look so 'technical' where as the LG looks simple, and easy to use - and is!
It kinda reminds me of an Apple product, its just all smooth and shiny.
I may be biased but I really, really don't like Samsungs. Horrible UI and EVERY SINGLE ONE LOOKS THE SAME! They really need a new design team!
The Chocolate is more widely acclaimed, and more celebrities have it.. so of course, that makes it the phone, LOL. :p
Edit: They also stole LG's touch keys!

I guess where you are it is the phone of the moment. Heck, here everyone is still crazy about the RAZR and service providers are offering it for $49.99 beceause everyone is so crazy about them.
The SLVR of course is cool where there is GSM service, near the bigger cities.
Your phone rocks, and if it didn't cost more than my current computer I would be begging to get it, to try and use it with T-Mobile.

Putting the link to the phone that you say is a better phone is pretty rude. This phone has been on tv, cnet, and engadget a lot. This phone is really big right now and I have never hear of the Samsung E900.

Doesn't look very good on me though, trying to sell a really good phone, which lets be honest, Samsung has blatantly ripped off - and then you come in saying ''Actually, here's another one, drool over this."
Just doesn't really benefit me or anyone else, to be honest.
The Chocolate is on hundreds of websites, and has been since its release. There are multiple versions in Korea, where it was originally released. Samsungs phones come and go, quite quickly. Phones like the Chocolate and the RAZR stick around.. for quite a while.

You got on here and put a link to another phone that would take away from the sale of his phone. That is rude. That's like if I walked into your "sales job" store and started telling people about your competition and handing out pamphlets. You would not be very happy and you might even say I was rude. If you want to discuss how incredible the Samsung is then you can start a thread in another forum. The seller is obviously upset you did it so what you should do is apologize and leave his FS thread alone.
I'm not asking you to quit your job but you have to say that the people at cnet.com and engadget.com probably know a little bit more about technology then you.
Good luck selling your phone. When I saw the link, I thought, "Thats the phone everyone has been talking about". I have been looking into it and this phone won't be available in the U.S. until October at best. (that's the rumor).

I worked on the ads for the chocolate phone in Seoul and never once heard about any chocolate-scented plastic. Very interesting, if true. We called it the chocolate phone because, well, it kind of looked like a chocolate bar.

Nice sale josh.thomas. I would be interested if i had the cash. I just wanted to interject and say that this was in fact rude. I wish people wouldn't do stuff like this.
I have had a FS thread crapped on horribly. People saying you can get it cheaper, which wasn't true as they were overlooking the things I was including with it. Anyhow, this thread isnt a discussion about other phones. This is a for sale thread, talk about the phone in question and leave your "sales pitches" outside this thread. That is just my opinion though.

I'm interested.
Pardon my ignorance, but the price is in pounds, correct?
220 ~ $318 according to ratesFX.com.
Are all accessories included? I was thinking of getting the SE k810i or Nokia N80, but they're too expensive ATM and I've heard good things about the KG800 you're selling.
Hmm.......unlocked, correct??

Its the w810, not k810....you may be talking about the k800 which is an entirely different phone. I actually just bought the n80 and it is beyond amazing, if you are at all still considering just buy it and don't look back.

I'm sorry for the few people on these boards who feel like it is their job to continue to type and post pictures of pointless nonsense that no one cares about. Your thread has been crapped on continuously and I apologize on behalf of the people who don't know any better or the people who do know better but are blatently rude. I hope you don't look at this as a form of thread crapping, even though you and I have PMed about this sale, I am just trying to let the other people know that they have pushed it to far. If you want to talk about your phone start a new thread some where else.

If someone wanted a picture, they could have had one.
People interested in this phone would know what it looks like, already.
He also posted a picture of another phone, and said it was an improvement over mine. Which is not needed, as other posters have pointed out.
