I would love to know how to get some tickets to the macworld NY later this year. How do you get admission to such an event?

go to the MacWorld Expo (http://www.macworldexpo.com) website and just purchase your passes (passes not available till mid-March). Prices will vary depending on what all you want access to and if you want to go to the Keynote speech or not.
