Blue Screen of Death

Hard at work, I labor away,
I continue the work late into the day.
Just as I am almost done,
The pages all complete but one,
My mouse skids to a stop,
And out of the air does pop,
A big ugly blue screen,
With white text so unclean,
Taking over my machine:
“Illegal Operation at Offset 32CR43X7Y!”

Sadly, I resort to turning it off.
I sing a mournful song,
Knowing my work will all be gone.
I get upset at myself,
For paying money for this OS.
All it does is put me in distress.
A ha! I know the answer!
I’ll either install,
Mandrake, SuSe, Debian, or RedHat,
It’s as easy and simple as that!

Just something I wrote for a school project. Let me know what you think.

The people grading your project better be Mac users. :)

Not my type of "poetry", but it's looking honest. Keep it up.
