I was thinking about playing old school PC games on my MBP, later on maybe contemporary ones.
What is my better option: Boot Camp or Parallels?

Boot Camp. Parallels uses virtualization, and you can't virtualize a GPU –*therefore games really aren't an option. Boot Camp, however, does utilize the GPU in Windows, and you can play games at full speed.

No problem. I use Boot Camp myself to play games, and it works excellently – games that aren't UB, I simply play the PC versions, and they run great. :)

Bootcamp is great for games. I still don't understand what the hell is Steam and why it has so much control over my games.
