My brothers (14,9,8) and I (18) really want to get a excellent 4 player gamecube game.

Mario Party games are okish and Four Swords Adventures take 4 GBAs which we only have 2....

Any suggestions welcome!

Smash Bros. I find the Timesplitters 2 game very similar to Goldeneyes multiplayer mechanics, pretty snazzy. Prime 2's multiplayer is alright too. MARIO KART AND F-ZERO GX make for excellent party racers.

Either TS2 or TS3. Both are great fun, although TS2 is a lot more manic :D

Warioware.

Edit:

From what I understand with Warioware, once you've played under your username enough it makes it changes the difficulty for you in multiplayer to what you can handle. This is nice with younger siblings who might not be as good at the game (or older ones who also might not be as good at the game!)

I guess I should update something. The game shouldnt' be too violent. My parents dont' let the younger two to play SSBM.
I have Mario Party.

Bomberman. Simple gameplay, but lots and lots of fun. I was going to say Mario Party but you already have that..

I'd say SSMB is the best, but as its a no go for you and your brothers to play together.

Mario Kart is very good, and Star Wars :Clone Wars is some fun

Super Smash Bros Melee.

I can't repeat it enough. SSBM. Best four player party game on any platform.

Oh, really? Point out Mario and Pikachu as characters and how there is no death, no blood, nothing realistic, and all you do is try to knock people off the edge of the screen.

I'd recommend Mario Kart then.

Yeah. Mario Kart is fun. But we've played the heck out of that. :D

I tried pointing that out but parents don't listen.:o

Can you list what four-player games you already own? :)

Good idea.

Crystal Chronicles
SSBM
F-Zero
Tales of Symphonia

That's all I can think of right now... ;)

I think the Mario sports games are pretty fun. We have Mario Golf and Mario Strikers (soccer). Both of these have four player modes and can be competitive or cooperative.

MARIO TENNIS is a lot of fun.

STARFOX ASSAULT has amazingly fun 4 player. 2 on 2, 3 on 1, Free 4 All, There's a huge amount of weapons and some of the new places you can unlock are sweet. At first when you play it it sucks, but once you get things like the remote control missile launcher, it's a lot of fun.

Mario Striker is very, but very fun. I mean ... I was playing with 3 friends ... we were kinda .. ahem drunk ... but man it was AWESOME. Simple command, tons of fun !

Since you need an apropret game (though super smash bros is Really not bad, and the 9 year old (name?) really should be able to play it. But the 8 year old (name?:D :D , dont worry im not gonna stalk them:D ) i guess is more resonable to not to play it..i myself dont like incredible violent bloody fighting games. I stick with mario and zelda! And maybe some lord of the rings:D ... But i would think that the Mario Sports games would be the best, Mario Golf, Mario Tennis, Mario Strickers!!!!Enjoy!!!! And is your youngest brother really good at games?

MARIO GOLF! Lots of people hated it, I loved it. Mariokart, and super smash brothers are awesome too.

Try X-Men Legends I or II. Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance is fun too.
The only drawback is they're all violent. X-Men is more comic book violence...punching, kicking, throwing, and using super powers, while Baldur's Gate has sword and sorcery type violence (lots of blood and gore).

And they've been wanting Strikers!:D

Starfox Assault's single player thoroughly disappointed me (the original had amazing level design with all kinds of secrets and tricks you had to pull, and branching paths and alternate levels- Assault had only ten levels, virtually no secrets, and was basicly just a straight shooter), but the multiplayer completely made up for it when I had friends over. Spectacular fun.

I just looked at my SSBM box just now, and it says 3+. Now I'm really confused as to what your parents are on about...

Really? Mine says it's rated T. But IIRC the E10+ rating wasn't around back then.

I'm gonna have to vote for Super Mario Strikers. An insanely fun, yet simple game to play with friends and people of all ages. Plus, when you send Yoshi into the fence... halarious.

I picked up Wave Race : Blue Storm for $5 bucks at EB and I loved it. It's a great game if you were a fan of Wave Race 64.

For what it's worth, since you did mention Crystal Chronicals, look into Zelda: Four Swords Adeventure.

Another vote for Strikers.

You can your brothers all be on the same team, and set the difficulty to Legend.

Insanely fun.
