BIG hardware discount?

a company called Marbella Technologies (http://www.applepurchaseprogram.com) is offerring greatly dicounted hardware by having buyers sign up and making one bulk purchase. I saw the ad in the newest Mac Addict. I would love to try this, but I am hesitant it is a scam.

What do you guys think?
