My mini is now running at 1.256 gb of memory. Is it worth to buy any games? I'm not talking anything too graphic intensive but perhaps The Sims or something of the sort.

sure- even the G4 minis can run most games acceptably. I mean, I wouldn't try Unreal Tournament 2004 on it or anything, but for games like the sims, they'll be fine. I mean, I used to play the sims on my old 768mhz G4 tower way back when :P

Can anyone recommend some good games for me?

It's easier to recommend game to people when they know what you like. ;)

Alternately, why not download Aspyr Game Agent (http://www.aspyr.com/games.php/software/aga/) and check out (many of) the titles for yourself and whether they will work on your Mac or not.

You should be able to run Star Wars KOTOR, Baldur's Gate 2, or Neverwinter Nights for RPGs or for sports the best I can think of are one of the Tony Hawk Pro Skater games. If you want a MMORPG then WoW is the best.

Since the mini has integrated graphics, you should buy matched pairs of memory. See Barefeats Quake 3 test (http://www.barefeats.com/mincd.html). The DooM3 test and UT2004 test are not representative, because the framerates are too low in these tests.

Diablo 2 is an oldie-but-goldie RPG. You can also get it very cheaply these days with the expansion on a PC/Mac hybrid CD.
