Hello to all. I'm a recent pc-user-who-has-had-it-up-to-here-with-PC-and-Micro$oft-and-have-decided-to-cross-to-the-Mac-side-guy!and this is my very first post although I've read some ineteresting ones. So strike 1 less for pc users and 1 more for Mac users! :D

how long have you had it? i ordered my GHz tiBook the day after they came out... it was a switch from windows too. it's been the greatest computing experience ever.

That is a fine machine indeed - I have a similliar setup.

Don't you mean, "the freedom from windows"?

Actually, I just ordered it this Monday (March 10) so I should have it some time next week, and I can't waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaiiiitttttt!!!! But just to make the wait a little more bearable, I sort of took posession of my sister's Powerbook (she got hers herself only last month) until it gets here!

You will need 500 posts before you can have an Avatar. Just be patient you will be there in no time, just be sure that your posts contribute. ;)

That's a great machine. I'm sure you'll be quite happy.

You must post 500 times to be able to use an avatar. Please remember that those should be 500 meaningful posts, not spam. :)

Getting away from Windows may be difficult at times, so be sure to search the forums for questions you may have. Why beat your head against the wall figuring it out when it's already been discussed here. :)
