WTB: iTunes Gift Card & Apple Store Credit

I'm looking to make a purchase from iTunes and from the Apple Store online soon, so I figured I'd check and see if anyone had a credit or gift card they weren't planning on using to either one that they'd be willing to let go for a bit under cost.

The only condition I have is that the credit to the Apple Store must be able to work with the refurb store (if that's possible, even).

I should add - I'm looking for something in the $20 range for iTunes, and for the Apple Store, nothing higher than $250 or so. Thanks!

I've got one of those iPod settlement codes, interested in that? I'm not going to sell in until after WWDC, but after that if there's nothing buy-worthy, you've got dibbs if you want it.
