WTB: 1GB ram for iBook

Hi everyone, I'm helping my brother upgrade the ram in his 12" ibook G4 1Ghz.

I'm looking for: one used 1GB 200-Pin DDR SO-DIMM DDR 333 (PC 2700) Notebook Memory for use in the ibook. I'm also looking for a 250-300GB hard disk for use in an external enclosure.

Anyone have these they want to sell?

I am actually also looking for this type of ram for my 12inch 1.5ghz powerbook. I belive it is the same type of ram as mentioned by the OP.

newegg.com also has 1gb sticks. 3 listed in the mid $90 range right now. i've had really good luck with 'pqi' and 'a-data' brand memory for whatever that is worth. good luck.
