Dude, it's a sweet deal, but you wrote 2 things wrong: Apple does offer a 256 MB version here (http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore.woa/wo/0.RSLID?mco=925997E8&nclm=MacBookPro). And the iSight is only 0.6 megapixels. (Wikipedia).

good luck on the auction it we where not on the eve of WWDC I'd buy it and just drive up the same day. I sold my copy of final cut express and until the last 1 hour it was only around $140 by the time it sold it hit $275 :)

Thank you for your calming words. I am going to be out all day today so I won't see the auction anymore until it's over (I need this money, so that compounts my nerveousness ;-) ). I guess it's a good thing i'll be out and about as then I don't waste the day on this :D

I know the one with 256 MB RAM now has 2.16 GHz and a free option upgrade to a glossy screen, yet you write that Apple doesn't offer a machine with 256 MB any longer. You may wanna write it differently.

About the iSight:
iMac CD iSight: 0.6 mpx.
iMac G5 iSight: 0.3 mpx.
MacBook Pro iSight: 0.6 mpx.
MacBook iSight: 0.3 mpx.
External iSight (FW400): 0.3 mpx.

Now, I know Apple's specs page doesn't say anything about the iMacs's or MBP's iSight, and it says 0.3 mpx on the MacBook and external iSight's specs page. When Apple released the MBP and Intel iMac, it said: "Built-in iSight - now double the resolution." I very clearly remember this, and apparently Wikipedia can confirm this. Now, try and take a picture with the iSight in PhotoBooth, and look at a page like this.

As you can see my MB's iSight has a res. of 640x480 (0.3 mpx.). I do not believe it will say 1280x1024 on you page. Go check your resolution!;)
