360 Disk Reading

Hi all,

Wondered if anyone else has this problem where the xbox says the disk is dirty (does it quite frequently, not all the time but enough for it to worry me), could it be because I stand it on its end rather than lay it down?

Does it mainly with PGR3, and ideas?

I have this problem too. I have already taken back and replaced one of my games b/c of it (my 360 is horizontal).

Makes no difference if your 360 is vertical or horizontal. If you've got a bad optical drive then you need to exchange your 360 simple as that..

This actually happened to another game of mine today which is in perfect shape: SW KOTOR 2 Sith Lords. I shut it off and turned it back on and it worked just fine.

i bought Halo 2 today and it didn't work! (luckily they gave me two copies by mistake at EB, cause only one of em works!)
