Here's the deal. Recently aquired a G4 tower for the little lady to use, but she seems to think she'd get more use out of a laptop now:rolleyes:

It's a PowerMac G4 GigE case / motherboard
1.4GHz Sonnet upgrade, with 2MB L3 Cache
2 Hard drives, 1 x 41GB, 1x30GB
1.25 GB PC133 RAM
Superdrive
ATI 9000 128MB AGP Video card
ATI 7000 32MB PCI 2nd Video card
USB 2.0 4 port USB card
USB 1.1 2 port USB card
10/100/1000 Ethernet
AIRPORT CARD installed! (this can be taken out and sold separately if necessary)
OS X 10.4.7 currently installed and running like a dream.

Any interest? My preference would be towards TiBooks and 12" iBook G4's, but I'll listen to anything. If anyone would be willing to give up an AlBook, that would be ideal also. I do care about condition, so something in good physical shape preferably.

To answer a question: yes I would be willing to include some cash if the notebook is worth slightly more than the PowerMac.:)

As the former owner of this system (Ryan got it from me) I say that he's a good guy to work with. You'll be in good hands. :D

Hey Doug, I love it, so I'll probably end up keeping it anyways. :)

By the way I've been trying to get ahold of you via PM to get the Sonnet box/original CPU. Thanks:o

Someone asked, so I'll respond here, as I try to. I would possibly accept a trade for a higher end G3 iBook, depending on specs. However, if you offer me something without an Airport card, please know my preference will be towards keeping the one currently in the tower. Thanks :)

Looks like I might have an offer for a G3 iBook. Anyone have something that can beat this? I was really hoping for a G4-based system.
