FS/FEELER: Xbox 360 w/ Games & Accessories

I have an xbox 360 core system which needs to be sold. Included are the following items:

1) xbox 360 core system (the wired controller was never used)
2) 20gb Hard-disk
3) 64mb memory card
4) Game: Condemned
5) Game: Oblivion
6) Game: Winning 11 9 (xbox game)
7) High Def. cables

The core system was bought on the day the 360 was released and hasn't had any problems (i.e. shutdowns, freezes). The hard disk was bought i think a 4 months later and the games were bought as they were released.

I was thinking of 450 + shipping. Any thoughts? Thanks. Everything is in like new condition as i rarely touched the system.

it's like new. used a couple of times. with manual, case, etc. 35 shipped? i need to get rid of the core first... if someone buys the system, everything else pretty much has a buyer... :D ANYONE?
