Doom3 Mac versus Doom3 Bootcamp.

After playing the demo of the Mac version of Doom 3 on my MBP, it was fairly depressing, to say the least. HAs anyone (or does anyone know any sites) compared the Mac version against Doom3 running via Bootcamp?

I'd be very interested to see how well it ran in comparison.

What are your specs and what settings were you using for Doom? turn off a few things or use a lower resolution.

and is the demo Universal?

i know its been patched to run Universal, but i don't know if the demo was ever altered or not.

My friend can run Doom 3 with pretty much the best graphics on his stock High end 15 inch MBP through bootcamp. Don't know how the mac version compares.

The UB Mac version is very good:)
