more info and pics on the external hd please.

Below are some pics. It is like new, comes in box with all cables. You can find more info on the enclosure at:
http://www.radtech.us/Products/Impact35Standard.aspx

Costs $85 plus shipping for the case alone.

Hard drive was a brand new retail box Maxtor 200GB, 8MB, 7200RPM ATA133 hard drive I put in it straight from the retail box. Has seen maybe 30 mins total use?

Just like new. GREAT deal on a FW800 drive!

On the iPod - I DID try reformatting/restoring. No matter what I do, it will mount in OS X just fine and show up in iTunes, and I am able to put song onto it and delete them. Seems to hold a charge. It just loads the black Apple screen dimly and then shows the exclamation folder.

Thinkpad - Thinkpad 600 type 2645, believe it to be 233mhz, Windows say Pentium II. 4GB HDD, 64MB RAM, cdrom, audio, and all the standard Thinkpd 600 specs. Comes with Windows 98SE installed and Win98SE CD-ROM with license paper. Don't currently have all the drivers installed, but you can download them for free from IBM.com. Battery doesn't hold a charge, but it comes with original power supply and an extra CMOS battery (just replaced the one in it, but they shipped me an extra one).

Hey, congrats on the almost-job!

Yeah, but they've been costing me money! I've interviewed with a manager, a DM, and now I have to interview via phone with someone higher! Its been over 2 weeks in this process... Sheesh! :)

Yeah, nothing like them demonstrating trust in the manager and DM. You must be too good to be true! ;)
