What setting do I adjust to get rid of image blur when I look left and right. It seems like the image is tearing, then settling down once I look straight ahead.

I just did a clean install and upgraded to Tiger, fixed the permissions after, etc.

Here is my settings in the ATI Contol Panel:

The blurring image is giving me a headache ,hope someone has a solution, thanks roger

You need to turn VErtical Sync on in the game to avoid tearing, I believe.

Do I turn on vsync in the ATI displays or us the ingame setting, or does it matter.

I don't know. Since most Macs don't come with any control panels for their video cards (I suspect you downloaded and installed said controller app?), I'd start by turning it on in-game and go from there.

Sorry, I forgot that it crashed when I used the ATI control panel, I will set it in the game and give that a try.

For the Mac you can download the ATI control panel that can be customized for whatever game you are playing.

Turned on vertical sync in the Call of Duty game settings and everything is good now.

Thanks for all the advice,
Roger
