tell me if this works:
1. Create a new note
2. Enter the text "Egg Freckles" (with out quotes)
3. Highlight the entire text entry
4. Tap the Assist icon at the botton of the screen
it should bring up a doonsbury cartoon
if it does please post pictures

I think this only worked on certain models of MessagePad and definately not on the 2000 and 2100. I seem to remember this on the 100 and maybe the 110/120/130. In short, it does work, but only on certain models. The 2000 and 2100 are notoriously lacking in Easter Eggs.
Hope this sorta helps?!

Well, after fifteen minutes of fighting with the handwriting recognition (I finally gave up and used the 'keyboard'), I can say that it does not work with the 100.

I didn't work on my 2100.
I tried something else once to get the easter egg on my 2100.
Can't remeber what though.
Does the note need to be in a specific folder?
