WTB: DVI TiBook LCD Complete or just the Ribbon Cable ASAP Paypal Ready!!!!

Ok I have a bad cable and its causing a chip to fry. I see now the LCD had been wired back together. I tried soldering the cable but nothing works it just wants to fry the chip.

SO I need either a new cable or a new LCD. I do not care which local is 100% Better I need this ASAP. Cash in paypal.
