View Full Version : Does anyone know what command - option - 0 does?

My friend did this in iTunes visualization fullscreen (he was trying to zoom in / out and was off a key) and it crashed the computer. All I got was a blank screen and a system hangup.

Well, maybe it crashes iTunes specifically. Have you tried it any other times, with any other apps or in the Finder? I'm not exactly interested in doing it myself, but maybe someone else is....;)

I know I'm an idiot, but I couldn't resist trying. CMD-OPT-o doesn't do anything to any other apps I know of. Haven't tried it on iTunes yet. :)
Mabye there's someone a little braver than me willing to try :rolleyes: ............

all it did for me was take me back out of the visuals screen

I most apps, it seems, the combination causes a system beep, where as using the same combination, replacing zero with any of the other numbers, doesn't. I'm therefore inclined to suspect that it has a specific use none of us has hit upon. The iTunes crash may have been coincidental.

Very possible. My system was running slow due to an NES emulator and Acquisition being open. After closing these programs my visualization performance was back to normal. Then the crash happened.

I'll wager you are using 10.24. Right or wrong?
