With all this talk about the end of the world and the destruction of Babylon (Iraq), I thought I should just point out that the allied troops just entered the area that the bible says the garden of eden is meant to be. If you look in genesis, it says it is inbetween four rivers, one of them is the Euphrates that the allied troops had problems getting over because of Iraqi resistance. I am not saying that this means anything, just pointing it out.

Actually, I saw a Discovery Channel show where they claimed to have found the location of the Garden of Eden in northern Iran. Archaeologists gathered all the information they could from ancient Scripture, and traced back the path through the seven "gates" (actually mountain passes). They eventually arrived in an isolated valley which was indeed remarkably lush 6000 years ago (though it now contains a large Iranian city so most of the nature has been ravaged).

I'd think that after standing around for 10,000 years, he'd get a little bored. Probably off to get a donut. :D

It's actually just inside the Iranian border, near where Iran, Iraq, and Turkey all meet.
Here's a map:
