i seem to learn new hotkeys everyday. you guys probably know a ton. so list your hotkeys!!!

heres one i just learned and find very useful

option+command+click on a dock icon and it pulls that up and hides all your other applications that you had running.

anyone know of a way to hotkey certain folders?

command + i - to get to info of file or folder (i use that a lot)
command + j - to adjust the view settings for the folder you're in
command + k - when you have the finder selected it brings up the connect to server
command + tab - switch between open apps
command + shift + 4 - capture a selection of your screen and save it to your desktop
command + h - hides the open app (this works great in apps like iPhoto that you can't command + w on)

Someone had to post the ones that everyone knows.

Force Quit: Command-Option-Escape
Browse through open apps: Apple-tab
Eject (selected) drive (Eg. CD-ROM): Command-E

Screenshots:
(They either get saved as .pdf files onto the desktop or to the clipboard as .tiff)
Fullscreen to desktop: Shift-Command-3
Fullscreen to clipboard: Shift-Control-Command-3
Section of screen to desktop: Shift-Command-4
Section of screen to clipboard: Shift-Control-Command-4

When you take 'section of screen' screenshots, pressing the space bar will allow you to toggle between rectangle or window mode.

This isn't directly related to this thread, but I'm really fond of Cocoa Gestures (do a search n Versiontracker for them).

Combined with Hot Keys makes for a very efficient work environment if you know how to use them right.
