Yep 29th September. At least only have a couple of weeks for that one. Lets hope its not the usual poor pal conversion from Square with its huge borders top and bottom.

And those are just RPGs... The PS2 era is far from over. I'm going to be busy playing PS2 games for years to come. Who needs PS3?

Rogue Galaxy i'm interested in (looks great / nay amazing) but none of the others really interest me. My PS2 hay day passed a long while ago.. With Okami and yes Rogue Galaxy It feels like i'm just putting a wreath on its gravestone...

I haven't played my PS2 console in months but with the release of Okami I will have to dust off ol' faithful again....My PS2 games will live on in my PS3:)

I have read some really good reviews of this game, and I played the demo that had some pretty impressive graphics. Here is my problem, I want to get it, but I felt that the brush tool was impossible to use in the demo, I couldn't even use it very well at all, anyone played it and does the brush get easier to use?

I got a lot more comfortable with the brush after some practice (though the 'rejuvenate' stroke stills seems surprisingly difficult for being picked up so early). A lot of the strokes are quite forgiving.

In general, I think it helps to pay careful attention to where to draw the strokes (e.g., when drawing a ring of flowers around an object, make sure the brush is outside that object at all points of the ring) and be careful that when lines are supposed to cross they actually do (e.g. when drawing a ring, if you go too far and overlap the line then it should work, but if you're a little too short and it doesn't touch the beginning of the line then it won't).

If you screw up a stroke, usually you have plenty of time to try again. I really, really like the game, so I definitely wouldn't let my shaky hands stop me from playing it.

Okami is quickly becoming one of my favorite games. I am a huge Zelda fan and this game is just as immersive as any zelda game. It's simply beautiful... and very funny at times!
