Reinstalling iChat help!

iChat has NEVER worked right for me, no matter how many times I try to enter screen names, addresws book contacts, etc. Anyone know a utility that will aloow me to install iChat from the 10.2 disks? I am NOT going to do a full install just for iChat, but it would be nice to have it work right. I know a utility exists to do this, but I am since forgotten its name. Any help?

download a tool off versiontracker called pacifer sp? it reads the apple packages and the iChat can be found in the addl software on the seocnd cd.
