Oh my, so my Macbook is in the shop for an undetermined amount of time and I do not have a Mac to use. I was wondering if anyone has an old ibook/powerbook they could sell me. And I'll probably get my Macbook back from AC before I purchase this laptop, but it's always nice to have a backup machine. Not looking for something fancy - just something that I might put OSX on. It could even be below the minimum RAM requirements (as I can upgrade the RAM later). Condition wise I'm pretty open. My main requirement be that it will boot and have a working CD ROM and hopefully includes the power adapter.
Mainly my preference falls to iBooks 600Mhz and lower or a G3 powerbook. I'm looking not to spend more than $100 and if possible I also have a Penitum 3 800Mhz 384MB RAM 40GB harddrive that I could trade for it as well.
