This idea was spawned off of the Macs in the real world thread.
Where is the coolest, most high-profile, most ingeneous, most creative, most politically incorrect, most pee-cee bashing-est, or just plain old best place that you've seen a Mac?
I think the Mac is starting to gain popularity in a big way again. The more Macs we see in innovative and public places, the better for Apple's attempts at market share. Please share your experiences.

The best place for me is where ever I see one.
Worst place is when I say a Mac 128k as a doorstop in a Cafe (Do you think it was wrong of me to kind of walk off with it when I left?)

You were completely justified! That pretty much constitutes abuse. You were bravely rescuing a battered Mac from its obviously evil owners.

I believe Macmarket in Vancouver (hi Chris, Jordon et al) uses an old PeeCee monitor to keep the Kitsalano breezes flowing through the shop!
Best place to see a make is in my 8 tatami room in Kyoto!

Don't yell at me! MacWorld NY 2000 the unvieling of the cube. I saw it spining around on a turntable and I got a SUPER cool poster!

Any place there is a mac is a cool place. I am lucky to goto school where we use macs almost exclusively. I work for school and work on the macs, and except for the SGI's and a few NT's (which are always needing help) everyone uses macs!! Nothing is greater then walking into a room where the walls are lined with macs...except for tonight since I have to upgrade then all to 10.1.3, still fun.

Visited UCSD's SuperComputer Center and they had a G4 Cube on a desk right outside the glass doors that lead to the 'Blue Horizon' SuperComputer.
It was soon after the Cube was introduced and the first time I got to play with one.
I checked out the Cube and could watch (and hear) Blue Horizon working (and feel too - it was chilly even out side the glass doors).

Not very high profile, as about 8 people wer involved, but...
I went diving with a friend of mine who is an oceanographer, and he had his Pismo underwater in a lucite like enclosure, with a sealed membrane over the kybd & pad. Really cool. He had all sorts of measurement gear feeding a UNIX box on the dive boat, and filtering results to the Pismo in real time via an umbilical.
For kicks, he let me start StarCraft underwater!
