Different WoW Characters Across Different Computers

Last night I installed WoW. I had a trial account that I played on my macbook for like 10 days. I did pretty well.
But I didn't buy the game and deleted the folder.

Last night I installed WoW on the downstairs PC and started a warrior, now level 4.

I just finished installing WoW on my macbook, but when I log into my account, it suggests a realm for me. Where's my character? Is there some preference file I need to find on the pc?

Just use the suggested realm. It should know where you other characters are located and will suggest the realm where they reside.

When it asks you to choose a realm from the list there should be a column next to the realm name listing the number of charactersyou have on a certain realm.

Well even addiction is nice in a reasonable amunt, as long as you are able to leave once you get bored...


... also the reason why the realms list appear might be because your ordinary realm is down - it's a massive game with more than a few bugs
