You may want to check and see if you can resell education software from Adobe. Not sure if you can or not.

Dreamweaver EULA:
"If the Software is an Education Version, You may not sell or transfer any such Software to anyone except to another entity or person who is otherwise qualified to purchase Education Versions of the Software."

So it can only be sold to another student who qualifies under Macromedia's definition of an educational user.

Precisely. Just as I said in my original post, anyone who qualifies for the EDU version is welcome to buy this.
