Fix for iPod Battery?

sells a replacement iPod battery. It says that it is good for all models, but doesn't say if it is OEM, or even LI-Ion... But at $50USD looks like it could be just what alot of iPod owners are looking for!

I might have bought one... before apple released updater 1.2.6 which brought my sagging battery life to 11.5 hours, with little or no drain during days of inactivity. Maybe I'd go for it if my battery dies for good in a few years... but I imagine it will be a long time before I need a new battery, thanks to 1.2.6. (Thanks apple! :D )
