With Photoshop 7 here and Flash MX & Fireworks MX betas out it looks like Mac OS 9's months are numbered.

What OS 9 apps can you not live without?
Here's my list;

Amorphium (Very easy, very cool)
Carrara (I was just starting to get good at this one so I'm sticking with it)
Poser (Still need somebody to stand in the middle of my 3D scene)
Starry Night (I love the night vision feature!)
TypeStyler (Way more versatile than most think!)

also,
Norton Utilities (for defragging)

...and Photoshop must-have filters;
KPT 5 & 6
Nik Sharpener
BoxTop Pro JPEG

This list is much shorter than it was a couple months ago.

p.s. How about something like Kaleidoscope for X?!

The only reason I go back into OS9 is to scan.

Dreamweaver
EyeCandy
DVD Studio Pro
KPT Vector Effects

These are the ONLY reasons OS 9.x.x still resides on my hard drive.

MacDraw (must remember to upgrade to MacDraw Pro one of these days :D )
Olympus Camedia

The top few things I do in 9 are:

Diablo II (recently started playing again)
Starcraft (for IPX games)

Dreamweaver.

Just cuz my computer is 2 years old:
Quicktime.
Firewire.

Quicktime because quicktime on osx with a g3 is too slow, and firewire refers to my third party firewire card.

cool old stuff that i grew up with:

resedit
hypercard
GOOD, INTUITIVELY interfaced netscape
all those old games found everywhere on the net
simcity 2000

i don't think i'll ever get rid of 9 unless classic support was integrated :D !

I've heard around that ATM won't be supported by X....does anyone know of this to be accurate?

Office 98 ('cause I'm too cheap to upgrade)
ResEdit on occasion
IE 5 (for when IE 5.1 frustrates me too much)
Netscape 4.7 (for testing purposes)
