6800GT made by BFG for sale.

I have a video card I no longer am using its a BFG 6800GT AGP. Has a lifetime warranty from BFG. looking for a decent offer from someone who wants to upgrade their PC.

Just FYI to prospective buyers - this 6800GT should be flashable to the Mac very easily.

You need to use a PC to perform the flash but no hardware mods are required for use in a G5. In a Digital Audio/Gigabit Ethernet/Quicksilver G4 you need to tape two pins but that's all. It won't work in a Mirrored Drive Door or Sawtooth G4. Click the link in my sig for a how-to. I have an XFX brand 6800GT and it's a great card.

Hey Lord, what would you say is a fair price for this?

Hard to say - ever since the 7600GT became available the price on the 6800 series cards has dropped bigtime. I bought mine new for $220 early this year but nowadays you can often only find the PCIe versions at around $170. AGP is getting harder to find.

I'd see what they're going for on ebay and go from there.

Moved this item to Ebay, starting bid is $50 and $125.00 takes it now. Just thought id mention it here though I know we are all Mac users.:D for the most part.
