play asia have it for $39.99 and it's a ubi game (all ubi games have been region free so far)...

I downloaded it last week – played it through 3 times. Was very impressed and would order it on Play-Asia, but haven't seen it up there yet.

There ye go - but looks like theyve stopped taking pre-ordcers at the moment (reporting out of stock :confused: )
