Nascar racing 2003 for Mac

Hi looking for a udated patch for Nascar Racing 2003 I bought this game and I would like to get the latest patches for it I have did a google for the patch but came up empty. Was hoping that some of you might have this game with the updates.

Looks like patch 1.2.8 was the last one released for Nascar 2003. You can download it from the MacGameFiles website using this link: http://www.macgamefiles.com/detail.php?item=18006

Ok I've downloaded the Nascar 2003 _v1.2.8 update file and it shows as a sit file, does anyone no what I should do with this file do I just place it in the Nascar folder. If someone out there has this game I would appreciate the help.
