i used to have a dell before I saw the light (MAC) and I had soo much trouble with thier customer service.

My friend just had a dell and they messed up with all his IDE cables so he's calling and the woman on the phone makes hismpretty much take apart the whole computer which voided the waranty. Then it still didn't work (suprised? NOT). Right now he's in the middle of trying to get it replaced but i just told him to use it as a big paper weight, thats it's real main reason for being.
