View Full Version : FREE (pay shipping only) UK MacFormat, Macworld, and other magazines

this should be the last round of free magazines to clear up space on my bookshelves. i've done this twice before here (see threads here (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=237378) and here (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=192736)).

note that these are magazines published in the UK, purhased in local bookstores in the U.S. most of them come with the CDs (i've found them all except one or two). all are in great condition, though since some of the magazines used tape to attach the free CDs there is sticky residue and/or torn spots on some covers.

these are free if you cover shipping - to make it simple, i'd ask for $.35 shipping per issue in the U.S. (this is more than i'd asked before, since $.25 didn't cover the full shipping costs, plus these magazines are larger). they'll be sent via super-slow u.s. postal service media mail. after 11/30, any remaining issues will be either donated to my local MUG or to my recycling bin.

That is a nice way to get of the old magazines. I am going to have to remember that. Better sold to a mac lover than given to Goodwill and thrown in the garbage in the near future.

edited: i received a pm from someone else before your post and pm and they have dibs on the mac creative issues. i'll keep you posted if that doesn't work out...

hi, david. i'm sorry i wasn't explicit about the your ilife issue as well - first dibs goes to the user who pm'd me about the mac creatives as well. i'm waiting for paypal account verification from this user before we move forward - if this falls through, you're next! thanks for your patience! :o

exactly! it would be nice for the magazines to get some more use before they get recycled, i think! :p
