God i've been waiting for this for a while,,
Could the MacBook be released tommorow???

they could... or they could be released next week, or the week after... No-one here really knows; we all just make our own meaning of the rumors.

Probably not. I'm willing to bet that Apple is waiting until the C2D processors have more speed to them so they can separate the two portable models more.

If it's released 2morow, then it wil have been 175 days since update
if it's next tuesday, then it will have been,,,, 182 days since update
and if it's the tuesday after that, then,,,,, 189 days since update,,

cmon' which number looks right,,it's got to be tommorow,,

seriosuly, i know apple doesn't follow the buyer's guide, but still they have to release it tommorow please...i've been waiting for like a month..

Tuesday (tomorrow) is the US election. That is all the media will cover.

(And BTW, it's very bad form to have a title with "tomorrow" in it since tomorrow changes every single day.)

Well, it gives false hope to all those people who can't just buy a damn computer and insist on waiting for something that might not come for a long time.

It's also not just a matter of when the MacBooks may be updated, but what updates they may recieve. It's possible they may not get the C2D chips, to keep a performance gap between the MacBook Pro. Maybe just a processor boost, or Ram boost. However, if they do that then they will be running older chips in their notebooks when many windows based competitors have upgraded their's, and I don't spose Apple would want to keep a Laptop without the latest tech in. Having said that, IMO, I think the MB's will be updated after Christmas, perhaps when there are faster C2D's that they can put in the MBP's, and put in the chips MBP's are using atm.

take it or leave it, i know many people will disagree, but in the end, as you say, no-one know except big steve!
