I have an Apple Mini DVI to DVI adaptor. This works with all MacBooks, iMacs (Intel) and PowerBook G4 12" (later models). It's been used once and is still in the plastic wrapper. It looks like the photo on the left (library photo - I don't have a camera to hand at the moment). £10.
I'm also looking to buy an Apple DVI to Video adaptor, so can trade if you have one. They look like the photo on the right.
