GameSpot has a video of them getting their Wii and playing a few games on it. It's a pretty long video. The Wii's gonna be awesome.

This and the latest Zelda video have pushed me into buying a Wii on launch now :)

Yup I saw this video..I talked about it in another thread. The wii looks so light like a toy...I'm hoping the remote has some weight to it because I might end up throwing it across the room swinging it.

What has weight got anything to do with it? if it's important to you, the guy says it's quite heavy. Theres a wrist strap for the controller so you don't accidentally throw the controller too.

Duh jimmi, like I said....If its too light it might fly out of my hands when waving the thing. Stop being so quick to defend.

We had a dozen or so people playing Wii Sports for hours on Friday and there were no Wiimote related injuries. And if a controller was gonna go flying it would be while playing Wii boxing or tennis. So unless you hold the controller in an unusually loose fashion I think you should be okay. ;)

Did I see Wii Fitness and maybe a weight lifting thing on Wii Sports too? On the menu for Wii Sports it has Wii Fitness and something with weights on the button.
I'll find out in a little while what they are.
Edit: Wii Fitness is kind of like Brain Age but it keeps your Fitness Age. It tests you on each sport and gives you a fitness age.
