WTB: broken apple portables g3 iBook and up

Just checking, not in the market really, unless something came along, which is why i started this thread:

Want to buy your broken, not entirely working, or just plain bored with mac portable.

No clamshells and nothing that is DOA. needs to at least boot up.

broken screen and damaged casing, non working ports, no optical, HDDs etc etc, all fine.

if you have an iBook or Powerbook, G3 or G4, and you dont want it anymore, perhaps I can take it off your hands.

Looking to get together some old but good machines, part them out, and make one working machine that is totally custom.

I live in the uk, but I have a FUBAR'd ibook.

600MHz, 128MB ram, 20GB HD, DVD burner that only reads and writes DVD's not cd's, screen cuts out at certain angles, the ethernet port is non functional, the airport arial has been repaired and resoldered multiple times, it has a macrumors design on the lid.

it's a complete mess.

Whats a good price for 12" 1Ghz iBooks? do broken LCDs bring the price down alot, or not really?

is an iBook vs a Pbook run cooler?

I have a g4 Ibook 1.33 with 768 megs of Ram with a broken screen.
THe screen is not cracked but it kinda looks like it... hard to explain. I think it happened when someone leaned on it too hard. It is at the bottom and spreads out...

though, it doesnt sound "broken" just damaged and possibly fixable...id rather a totally useless LCD attached to a lappy as I wont be using it and would only turn around and part it out.

I have two G3 500mhz dead logic boards if your interested. Also I a few case parts and two iBook Dual-USB 12" LCD screens (I can test them if you want). Let me know if your interested since I have a few other people asking about them. :)

as my project would need a working logic board at the very least.

my optimum choice would be:

12" g4 ibook/powerbook
broken/cracked/missing LCD screen
broken trackpad
possible cosmetic problems
