If the pics don't work w/ Firefox, just save the files to your HD and use an image viewing program. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Almost perfect condition with 2 minor things:
1. 2 dead pixels and 3 stuck pixels. Not really noticable, just thought I'd mention it.
2. The handle has a few cracks. I would not feel unsafe holding it by the handle and these are really barely noticable.

Asking $525 shipped. This is a fair price considering the upgraded-ness of this laptop and the recent spike in Clamshell prices, as well as the facts that this is a rare Lime model and in great condition.

I can provide references/more pictures. Thanks!

Well, the totally loaded/like new/with accessories clamshells I've seen have maxed out on eBay in the low $400's. So you're asking a lot more than that right now. You'll probably have to come down a few hundred before you get genuine interest, especially around here.

Lowering the price would be my suggestion as well. :o :)

First off good luck with your sale. I'm just some additional information that may help you. The Key Lime Special Edition iBook is identical to the Graphite SE version except the Key Lime color in this configuration was only available through Apple's built-to-order service, this makes it a bit hard to find.

Besides the specs you listed the Special Edition iBooks also sport a FireWire port, a DVD-ROM drive, and an A/V out port for viewing DVDs on the TV. Although I can't confirm you have the same features, I'm just saying these came standard. The price is a little steep but, I'd agree around $400 would be a good place to start, maybe $350 in an auction if you were going in that direction. The condition of the iBook is good, as for the cracked handle this happened on all models. It's just a form of stress cracking, very common on the clamshell iBooks. There's a metal bar going through it so even in the extreme case the plastic came off you'll be fine.

If this iBook does have the FireWire port like I thought it did you can use Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger" which actually doesn't run too bad on the system (especially with a good amount of RAM). Just be noted that the newer versions of iMovie are not supported due to the iBook's screen not supporting a 1024x768 screen resolution. Good luck with your sale. :) :D

Thanks for helping me out, guys. New price = $525 shipped.

I would trade plus $100 for a high-end Ti PB or an Aluminum model perhaps...
