I have been watching the Spyhunter page at aspyr (www.aspyr.com) but notice no releae date. Does anyone know anything about this upcoming release or is it fake?

According to the project status page, the game is in Final Candidate stage and is expected to be released in May 2003.

Or you could check out inside mac games (http://www.insidemacgames.com) or macgamer (http://www.macgamer.com) . They're both pretty good for release dates and progress reports (especially img when it comes to aspyr).
