Anyone knows if there is a good top-down pool type of game (top down, not 3d) for the MAC, something similar to Arcade Pool on MAC/Amiga?
Thanks :)

Not sure if it's available on the Mac (and don't really have time to check sorry) but Bankshot Billiards 2 on the Xbox is great, if there's a Mac version check it out. It's kinda 3D and kinda 2D. Worth a look if there is a Mac version.

This is what I was looking for! Where can I buy this game? A quick Google search only unearthed links to the demo...

It's pretty old, released in 2000. Looks like you might be able to get a copy from Amazon (http://www.dealtime.com/xPC-Sierra-Sports-Maximum-Pool). (The Mac version is on the same CD as the Windows version)

Are you sure that the Mac version is bundled on the CD? I could not see the information anywhere.

From the Amazon product information page:
System Requirements:
* PC:
* 166 MHz Pentium
* Microsoft Windows 95 or 98
* 32 MB RAM
* 125 MB hard disk space
* 4x CD-ROM drive
* 16-bit color with 800 x 600 resolution
* Macintosh:
* 233 MHz PowerPC
* Mac OS 8.5 or later
* 32 MB RAM

I also saw it mentioned somewhere else during my search, but can't find the link.
