Hey,
My ti-83+ stopped working, and i need it for my calc I class. I was wondering if anyone has one for sale that they no longer need? I may consider a ti-89 if it's in good condition and for a good price (college student :o )! I'll use paypal to pay and would want it shipped it pretty soon after the payment. :)

Pics would be nice.

thank you!

I think I have an extra TI-83 plus silver edition laying around. What are you looking to spend? I accept paypal.

i know what its like being a poor college kid... i'm currently one for two more weeks until I gradaute... then i'm just poor.

check out ebay (if you can trust them on there): http://search.ebay.com/search/ti-83-silver_W0QQfclZ4QQfnuZ1QQ

if not, I have a TI-83 silver that I'd be willing to part with in two weeks (so just in time for your next semester). Let me know if you don't go through ebay.

If youre taking calc 1, the ti-83 plus would work a whole lot better than the regular. The regular doesnt have programs, which come in handy to build for time consuming elementary formulas. Ass for the 89? Overkill.

yeah. thanks. I am actually looking for the (+) edition or the silver edition would work fine to. I know the 89 is overkill, but it'd be a nice little cheat for finding integrals/derivatives/etc.. that's why i'd only buy one if someone is selling it for cheap..don't really want to waste to much money on it.

idk, $55 shipped sound fair? I got it from a friend I remember but I never even used it, I always had other calculators to use (HPs) , so it doesn't even have batteries and I don't really know how it works. But I do know it is a silver edition one. Because of that I couldn't do refunds. I would accept paypal, thanks!

I have a TI-83 plus for ya. The cover has scratches (more...etching) and the screen has on at the bottom. It is 100% working. I'll sell it for $10 shipped. Yes, $10 shipped:cool:

WOW, speak of bad luck! :(
I ended up getting one from ebay for $30.00 with local pick up.. since i didn't get much of a response here. :(

but I may actually buy this and put the calculator i purchased back on ebay, if you can tell me does the scratch hinder the viewing screen? i mean is it a hair scratch or a "black blob" that won't allow me to see the bottom of the screen?

EDIT: Also want to mention that i answered everyone's PM that sent one to me indicating that i purchased it from somewhere else.

thanks everyone for the offers!
